@immuno1982 I’m not able to see m y post to which you are referring, but yes my SFN has greatly improved over the past 7 yrs. My biggest issue is my feet which burn when I am in bed but the 300 mg. gabapentin I take at night relieves the pain and puts me to sleep. Most of the other issues have resolved.
