Sorry for your trouble but I'm right there with you. The only difference is I had severe urine retention prior to biopsy. Ended up in the hospital in renal failure. That's how they found PCa. I used to be able to squeeze some out but that ended after RT. I just cath every 4-5 hours and forget about it. It's just part of life now. Could be a lot worse. On the bright side, I don't have to look for a bathroom if out and about. I just cath before I leave the house. What does your urologist say about the cause of the retention?
