Vaginal discharge without infection
Hi everyone,
does anyone have problems with constant white and thick discharge without any vaginal infection? When I’m not using probiotics apt others vaginal suppositories I feel itching and burning. It seems like Candida but all my test were negative. I’ve tested negative on STD’s: mycoplasma, ureaplasma, chlamydia and Ghonorea. Also tested negative on HPV virus and on my bacteriological swab there are not present yeast nor fungi nor pathogen bacterias.
Please if anyone has same problem or if anyone has solved this, let me know…
It’s really frustrating and depressing…

@mkt0782 What you've written is distressing. This is all so puzzling that there must be a provider in medicine who will help to figure this out.
Do you live in a large enough area where there are other providers so you can get another opinion? I'm also thinking about a clinic that really specializes in women's health.
I recall having what was thought to be bacterial vaginosis (BV) when I was in my 20's and 30's. That was a long time ago and I never did get better. As I think back the BV disappeared by the time I entered my late 30's and 40's (I'm now 73 years old so this truly was a long time ago). What sort of progress has been made since then?
You mentioned that you are spotting? As in what looks like menstrual blood? I don't recall if you are peri-menopausal or post-menopausal? This is sounding like a very thorough medical workup is needed.
Are you able to travel to the Menopause and Women's Sexual Health Clinic in Rochester, MN? You can self-refer. I've been seen there for a variety of sexual health problems mostly related to my endometrial cancer, subsequent hysterectomy, and radiation therapy that has affected my sexual health and relationship. There are wonderful providers and nurse educators there.
Here is the link to self-refer:
