I recently had surgery for an aggressive prostate cancer. My first pos-surgery PSA is undetectable, but given my adverse pathological & genomic risk factors, BCR is possible, or even likely at some point in the future. Scientists like Dr. William Li strongly believe the right nutrition can slow down or even prevent cancer or its recurrence.

What is your experience?

@soli I think a reasonably healthy diet, moderate exercise and sensible life style will go a long way in fending off cancer. Moderation in anything and everything is the key including what are considered health foods. Otherwise your body will probably let you know.
FYI, You may want to check out my post(s) in the prostate cancer forum. I shared my last 2 years ( posts every 6 months) after treatment experience.
