I have a pressure (not painful) left side of head...sometimes behind left eye, sometimes on top left side.
Not painful.
No dizziness
No inbalance
Vision ok
I had a CT scan, no problem.
Getting MRI in a week.
I am lucky to live 2 miles from Duke Univ. Hospital.
Lots of big wigs there.
BTW my neck stiffens up when I try to look left.
