Does anyone have advice on Letrozole?

whatever side affects you MIGHT have while taking Letrozole, the benefits way outweigh side affects. I took Letrozole after my first breast cancer (with a lumpectomy) way longer than doctors usually prescribe it, it just made me feel more "protected" ... and after finally stopping letrozole (after more than 10 years!) the breast cancer came back in the same breast about 4 years later! Yes, there were (& still are) some side affects - leg pain and weight gain for me - but I think the benefits of taking it far exceeded not taking it. I truly believe I wouldn't have developed breast cancer again if I had just stayed on the letrozole instead of taking the advice of my primary doctor. (and this time, I had a double masectomy, 2024, because I didn't want to deal with the possibility of breast cancer again)
