What type of neuropathy do you have, small or large fiber?

Nutrition and supplements may help or cause more problems, depending on the type and compare of your neuropathy. My experience is there isn’t a “cure” for neuropathy. The root cause of what is causing neuropathy is usually what is treated (diabetes, vitamin deficiencies or toxicities, stopping alcohol/smoking/caping, etc.)

@dlydailyhope Neuropathy is DEMYELINATION of nerves. B12 makes it. Do take a supplement.
Raw honey kills virus and bacteria. Won't fix nerves insulation. Just search Google .

I started putting it in my coffee each morning along with powered bone broth. I think I have more energy, but I also doubt what I am buying is really for any therapeutic relief (if that is even possible) because as someone else stated, it can be expensive. What I am taking is not overly costly. I know there are different grades of this type of honey, so maybe some would be more beneficial. Most traditional doctors would most likely not be knowledgeable in alternative medicines, but maybe a naturopath. (?) My pain was the result of an injury. I have been going to a very good acupuncturist with growing success. Just another option to consider.

To be effective raw honey needs to be kept below 40 °c. Otherwise it's healing enzymes are destroyed. It's destroyed added to hot drinks.
Raw milk is deactivated when heated too.

More Bovine Residue. There is no cure for PN, or will there ever be. We just have to deal with it.

@cit10jetjockey I a% that there is no cure for neuropathy AT THIS TIME. Great strides in medicine are constantly happening. My neuropathy is really bad, but I keep searching for something to help, even if it's just something to help reduce its effects. Try adopting a more positive attitude. It will help you in many ways.

I have had much success fighting my idiopathic neuropathy by making fruit smoothies and adding a 1/4 teaspoon of ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, beet powder, a tablespoon of unfiltered honey and a dash of black pepper. I also use red light therapy, as well as massaging my feet with COMPLETE TISSUE oil made by the Amish in Ohio. It is a combination of oils that I rub into my feet, at least twice a day.
I have been taking a B-complex vitamin and a little extra B-12. I now sleep through the night with minimal discomfort.
