Spine feels like it shifts when I bend down/over

I have sciatica L1 L2 L3 mri and newby pain medicine and newby muscle relaxer

Working for this newby area but not the orinally intended area as well

Enough said
I bent over to pick up ice cube pieces off floor

Accordian spine flip over
No pain during
No pain upright
Was alittle scaredy

Not sure if im falling into pieces or im naturally getting adjusted or the muscle relaxer is working to well that im not held together as well as i was or my muscle again need exercise with pt guidance if need be

@mim2025 Checking in with a physical therapist sounds like a good idea. My PT told me to tighten up my abdominal muscles when I bend over. I have had a bad back spasm doing this, so now I am more careful.
