How do I handle Hip Pain after Prostate Radiation

Have you tried topical CBD cream? Not anything with THC. Or pain patches? If your insurance won't cover the patches, you can buy them at Costco or most pharmacies. Lidocaine 4% as I recall.
Prescription dose might be a bit higher percent. Either might be worth a try. I used sports tape to keep mine in place (if need be). And I'm sorry you are in pain.

@nannybb I appreciate your suggestion. I will look at my local store to see if they have
CBD cream. I cannot do the THC due to other meds. Thanks again.
