@jessie1990 One other thought, (and you may already know all of this), but I am using breathing techniques and some meditation in an effort to decrease stress which can produce the primary stress hormone cortisol. This hormone, in turn increases glucose. Sugar has been shown to increase the growth of some cancers. I know decreasing or trying to lower your stress level is very difficult with all you have already been through. It is, I am sure, the unknown of what might happen in your future. I also pray. Do I still get anxious? Yes. But I have more moments of relief doing these "extras". I hope you can have some relief soon from YOUR anxiety. 💕

@nannybb yes I listen to YouTube deep body relaxation breathing techniques sleep hypnosis I've been suffering with anxiety last 5 years way worse now tho past few months I've generalised anxiety social anxiety and health anxiety disorders so battling 3 of them every day isn't easy 🥹 thank you so much 🥰
