Our nerves are coated with insulating fat called myelin. Vitamin B12 makes new blood cells AND new insulation for nerves MYELIN. B12 comes from eating plenty of animal protein. Most people eat too little. It's expensive. But eat heaps of bread instead .Get on a B12 supplement today.

He is taking B-12!

@jamessaxo I eat meat with every meal I've ever had in my adult life. Lots of turkey and chicken, as well as pork and beef, pinto beans, potatoes, rice, and bread.
