Does anyone have advice on Letrozole?

I have been taking Letrozole for over a year. Thankfully, no reaction to it except an occasional face flush after taking the pill. I’d read about others who had serious reactions so was anxious about starting the medication. I’m older; wonder if it is easier with seniors for any reason??

@claunch, everyone reacts different to aromatase inhibitors, like Letrozole, Reading about the side effects that some people experience can make one anxious. I'm so glad that you gave it a try and reported that you are doing well on the medication. It helps to underline that everyone is different.
What type of breast cancer did you have? How are you doing now?

I'm 68 after terrible joint pain in both hands (permanent) I was put on Letrozole which developed its own side effects severe vaginal pain and uniary issues. Now on Exemestane which helped with Letrozole issues. However, caused pain in my upper teeth with dry mouth. Doctor has taken me off medication until my next visit. Has anyone experienced teeth pain? I did read that this is a side effect of exemestane.
