For me, daily Linzess worked great -- until it didn't. Just stopped being effective on a daily basis. I keep some on hand as a rescue, and it helps -- but not as well as it did when I started it. It's not the only time I've thought I'd found the answer, only to have it peter out. Developed a resistance? Who knows.

Did your prescribing doctor have any thoughts as to why Linzess stopped being effective for you?
