What Prostate Zones were Your Lesions In ??
Just curious what zones your lesions were in.
I have one lesion in the transition zone 1.2cm in size.
I have a huge prostate 172cc and going for biopsy in December.
Is there a better zone to have lesion in ?

I'm going for my MRI on Monday..
Look into AQUABLATION. It can handle even larger prostate than yours, Look at the video on YOU-TUBE produced by the PCRI.org, Mark Helfand MD, PhD is the lecturer. I may be be misremembering but I think the transition zone is an ideal area?

@indyguy Nope, not a surgical candidate. Too many metastases. ADT/ARSI and radiation so far. I'm doing fine for a cranky old guy. Thanks for asking.
