@scottrl I'm taking Lisinopril/amlodopine combination. I have weakness,tiredness and breathing issues going up stairs. I walk 4 miles a day and never had these problems before these meds

@bigobrad Have you talked with your doctor? I'm not a doctor and certainly have no expertise with ACE inhibitors, but maybe there are alternatives that would avoid these awful side effects.
Do you check your blood pressure at home? Do you get different readings than at the doctor's office? I know people who have severe "white coat syndrome"; their BP readings are astronomical at the doctor, but normal at home. Maybe you're in that category.
