I think it has been all the ultra-processing in the foods we eat all to save $$. The way we process wheat is banned in so many other countries, and the pesticides! In other countries, the ingredient list on a loaf of bread is 6 or less also depending on the bread. Here there are over 20 ingredients, in a loaf. Over 70% of the foods sold at grocery stores are ultra-processed. I did not drink much, maybe 1 glass a week. Now maybe one glass a month.
