@abidjan OH, what a tough situation for both of you. He must be feeling so abandoned! Can you talk to his docs about whether they think the visits are wise? Or the facility social worker?
If you don't get helpful advice, maybe try 2 visits and see if he is better with seeing you. Can you bring his favorite blanket, robe, sweater or sweatshirt from home so he has something familiar?

@sueinmn I talk to his nurse everyday. They tell me it is up to me. The goal is to get him stablized. One suggested I check to see what kind of day he is having. Another said to wait. I want to do what is best for him. I just don't know what that is.
