For ED, it is needed a focused shockwave therapy with Low intensity shockwave machines, especially the ones used in the ED trials, not the cheap ones advertised everywhere. The machines used in musculoskeletal issues are "radial" , and they can not be used in delicate tissues such the penis and perineum. One of the machines used in ED trials is the Storz Duolith SD1 but the money it costs, you can buy a new car. When you go to discuss a treatment with shockwave therapy for ED, check that the practitioner has one of those machine of that brand name. If not, turn around and check others places.

@josehernandez Que tal, Jose. It sounds like you know a lot more about shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction than I do. Have you experienced it after prostate cancer and how was your experience? Were you doing other things as well? I would love to hear more. Assuming you did use this therapy, which cancer treatment did you have prior, how long after the intervention did you begin the shockwave therapy and how many treatments over what time period, what was the nature of your response to the treatment, etc.?
