Sciatic Pain: Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of it?

I joined this group to get some insight on how to deal with sciatic pain.
Sadly, I see only 4 comments on this topic.
Perhaps, I need to seek elsewhere.

Bob and Brad on YouTube have a lot of helpful videos on sciatica! They are physical therapists.

If you go to YouTube and type in "Bob and Brad physical therapists sciatica", you'll find a lot of help there.

Just make sure that you actually have sciatica. There are a lot of other conditions that cause similar pain. The main difference is that the pain shoots down the BACK of your leg.
