Thank you great information. He was never offered a therapist or Tramadol. Never heard about scar massage. They offered him Pain management which we are going to tomorrow.

After my first robotic surgery, I was taking Tramadol every 6 hours and Tylenol in between if I still had pain. As the pain lessened, I just took Tylenol.

By the second week, I stopped all pain medication and stayed busy with projects inside and outside. I returned to walking my usual routine of 5 miles a day and continued to do the exercises Physical Therapy gave me.
