Oh, yes, that ol' cartilage squeeze! I'm sure familiar with that. I had four or scopes done to my knee, before the TKR, because of diminished cartilage. As for Vit D – I still take a Vit D3 supplement.

I expect u know that life long low vitamin D leads to arthritis and many other pains. Calcium does not enter bone without d.
A simple test. Press sternum firmly. Pain means really low D.
Afro Americans are low except those in Texas.
Hope u don't get neuralgia from low B12.
