@osteopatient2026 Prolia does not build bone, it only prevents further bone loss. I would avoid it. It can also make you lose bone faster when you stop it.

“Prolia (denosumab) helps build bone by increasing “bone mass” and reducing the risk of fractures in individuals with osteoporosis. It works by blocking a protein that leads to bone breakdown, making bones stronger.” I know it’s not an anabolic but it works differently…
My understanding is that Forteo, Tymlos (parapeptides) and Evenity are the bone builders. I’m not sure how Prolia works exactly I think it’s a monoclonal. RANK ligand (RANKL) inhibitor FDA approved for treating:
