Thank you posting that. What are your T Scores? I’m sort of in the same situation. I had one morning with no headache but after 4 days on Tymlos it’s back this morning. I know it can be a side effect up to several weeks but for most “I’ve read” the side effects should subside.
I went on Tymlos because I might need a tooth extracted and implant.
Prolia was the other drug recommended but it doesn’t build bone as fast but some studies show it continues building bone over time (years)

@osteopatient2026 Prolia does not build bone, it only prevents further bone loss. I would avoid it. It can also make you lose bone faster when you stop it.

My T-scores:
Spine is -3.9,
Neck: -2.4
Hip: -2.2
I hope your headaches improve. I couldn’t deal with those after 5 weeks with the elevated heart rate and I did stay well hydrated.
I am hoping that with Evenity my T-scores improve but we will see.
