@nycmusic yes that is what I do so that I can cherry pick the best formulas of each ingredient. I take the D3, K2, magnesium, calcium hydroxyappatite and lots of trace minerals plus fort bone collagen. I use a lot of NOW vitamins but there are many good ones.
