Have you tried Boric Acid capsules intravaginally for 14 days one per day. This works for both BV and yeast.

Yes it didnt help but was recommended on using once day after I get it cured ..just don’t know what to do..it just went to the store and brought some garlic..they said eat it ..I’m going to try it for a week..they also said tea tree oil and mix it with an carrier oil

11 years that is too long. You need to talk to gyne doctor.
You need a second opinion.
Good luck

Hi, @juicybooty36, and welcome. You may notice that I moved your discussion and combined it with this existing discussion on bacterial vaginosis. I did this because I thought it would be beneficial for you to be introduced to other members who have discussed some of what you are experiencing.

Mayo Clinic has a list of treatments for bacterial vaginosis, including options for recurrent BV. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/bacterial-vaginosis/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20352285

@minnesota10 had a good recommendation -- would you be willing to get a second opinion?
