There is a forum topic called Brinsupri follow up. People report what they notice after starting it. Some have improved, some with side effects. You might post your results once you have been taking Brinsupri for some time. Yes I knew about it. Thank you Renee. My question was whether they had tried any other IV antibiotics for your Pseudomonas other than the Piperacillin/tazobactam? OR was that your first IV treatment for it? Good to hear you had no side effects. You might be younger than me? My chronic pseudo is quite severe and very difficult to knock back thus far and I have other health issues. Only tried Meropenem which is supposed to be the strongest and for more severe infections and yet not bad for side effects.

@irenea8 I WAS FIRST GIVEN LEVONQUIN for my psudomonas. When that no longer worked, I was put on arikayce, 3 days a week, a month on and a month off. When that didin’t work, I was put on the levonquinn again, but this time I got tentinits of the elbows. . So now I’m of that drug permanently. Finally, I was put on the pic line. After I completed three weeks, I told my ID doc I still felt symptomatic. We did a sputum sample and that came back with only a sparse mounts of psuedomonas. So the doc put me on the Arikayce 3 times a week continuously and that seems to be than answer. For now anyway. You know how that goes. I don’t have trouble with airkayce, so it’s a good antibiotic for me. I hope this helps. I am 72 and have been fighting this battle for quite a few yers. But thankfully, I am NTM free for l2 years now~
