@kakalena thankyou for explaning this. I wish you fast recovery and a lot of strength and happiness.

I think we will opt out of chemo as an option entirely. I am really looking forward for his infection and fever to stabilize now ( post celiac neurolysis and bile duct stent procedure ) so that we can start the target medication. Everyone is hopeful and positive that it will work. Hoping for the best now 😇

Thanks for your good wishes. Amazingly, my tumor has shrunk about 50 % so I am now back in the possible Whipple surgery, depending on results of endoscopic ultrasound I'll be having tomorrow to verify that tumor has separated from artery and down to less than 50% contact with vein.. If it's a go, they want to do it ASAP because of scarring from radiation. If it's a no go, and I'm back on the nano-knife, then I have to wait another 3 months ( it has to be 6 months after final radiation treatment) It's one day at a time and there are lots of twists. I may be having chemo again after surgery which is sort of standard to catch any stray cells.
