I had RNY in 2016. Was orig 320 now 145
Complications of adhesions led to removal of ileocecal valve and part of small intentions that absorbs vitamins As a result I take b12 injections weekly
Calcium daily and iron infusions annually
After being fat most of my life, it’s worth the taste of being slim

@nova1976 wow you have done exceptionally well. So happy for you and thank you for your reply. Do you do 1000 mcg weekly?
