Why are urologists dismissive about Decipher?

In your case, it made a lot of sense to do decipher. You did have a good percentage of cores With 4+3. I suspect they found other things in your biopsy in order to get up to .96

Were any of these things found in the biopsy like intraductal, cribriform, Seminal vesicle invasion, EPE or ECE. (Extraprostatic extensions extra capsular extensions)

Those could mean that your cancer was more aggressive and could explain the .96 with a 4+3.

@jeffmarc Thanks for your comment and question. First, they found nothing else on biopsy, except two cores 3+3.
Father died of PCa 50 years ago, older brother RP 10 years ago, younger brother RT last year.
No cribform reported, no seminal vesicle invasion. No PIN. They say 'confined' but PMSA PRT in 3 weeks.
AS for 13 years
