@longboat1 Please make certain the frozen fruit is sugar-free and has no artificial sweeteners. Otherwise you could be eating a sugar bomb. Good luck!

@longboat1 You buy some Oat milk Batista style
A big bag of Costco soy protein vanilla ice cream flavor
A really good low sugar yogurt
Hemp hearts
A large bag of frozen blueberries
A large bag of frozen strawberries
A large bag of frozen
cherries
Get some ripe bananas and peel a freeze
Put in 4 ounces of oat milk
Two large spoonfuls of yogurt
Three teaspoons of hemp hearts
One frozen banana
One cup of blueberries
One cup of strawberries
One cup of cherries
Make sure you have a powerful blender. The Ninja 1500 watt commercial blender
Hit blend and you have enough for you and a friend. Kids love them as well but just don’t tell them about the oat milk, hemp hearts or soy powder.
You get enough protein for the whole day.
Enjoy.

@longboat1 For those that are going to try my smoothie I recommend Planet Oat Milk Barista Lovers (only 3 grams of sugar per serving) and too good yogurt. (2 grams of sugar). Some oat milk has almost as much sugar as milk.
