@daveshaw Do you ever use protein powder? I’m thinking of using it to build up my protein.

@daveshaw Oat milk, then yogurt (milk product), why not just whole milk? Also, Greek yogurt is much higher in protein than regular yogurt, and you can get vanilla flavored (Walmart). I get casein protein powder (online, Bulk Supplements) at a pretty good price. No clue what hemp hearts are - never heard of this.
