When they first discovered my 50+ lung nodules in 2008, one of the benign guesses was that maybe I had had Valley fever and they were left behind from that. I disagreed because they were very slow growing and if they were from a past illness they shouldn’t still be growing. I hope your doctor has good news for you.

@californiazebra Thanks for the input. I have a bronchoscopy scheduled for 11/20. The docs want to have a look inside my left lung and sample the infection. They want to know specifically what the infection is before determining treatment. I am excited to get it done. I want to know too. I will keep you posted. I also had some skin biopsies done at my dermatology appointment today. Fingers crossed that if they were basal cell carcinomas, all of it was removed during the biopsy. I will know in a day or two.
