@peterose hi, yes, blockage long gone, taken care of by moving up my CRC resection surgery…got it in time …the olive oil just a part of my diet that makes everything better… thanks to care with diet, I’m very rarely stopped up…eating apples and dried apricot definitely moves things naturally on a regular basis.
