It depends. Medicare Advantage plans vary based on Mayo location and type of plan. Each Mayo location decides what Advantage plans to establish contracts with. Even within BCBS Advantage plans, it depend on specific plan.

As many have stated in previous comments, Mayo is accepting fewer Advantage plans. Best place to get answers is to contact the insurance company and ask if Mayo location is in network and also call Mayo billing dept and verify if they accept your specific plan.
