@loh I am close to stopping, too, because of the pain every evening. It's about a 6 or7 on the old pain scale...tough to ignore. Can't sit and watch TV with my husband; can't get comfortable no matter what I do. I am using Naproxen for my messed up back, but it doesn't do anything for the aches in the evening. How long did you have the pains before you quit? Does it ever improve if a person hangs in there?

@mamabear77 I had no idea that was even a side effect (doc never mentioned it) until I saw others here talk about it. The first side effect I noticed was severe head aches, but that went away after 2 or 3 weeks. The leg pain I endured for about a month I think. I couldn't get comfortable either, I was basically writhing in bed because my legs hurt so much. I felt so much better when I stopped, no more leg aches and I realized how tired and overall bleh I had been feeling for three months. This medicine has to be pretty serious to cause so many serious side effects. I am probably being foolish going off all medication, but I hate the idea of going back on.

you might stop the drug for a day or two and return at a lower dose. It really is a great medication. I think the dosing is a little high for many of us.
