I read a post yesterday. The individual tightened the muscles in there legs and held it a few seconds for neuropathy in the feet. Release and repeat. I've been doing this and feel it is making a difference. Maybe it will work to eliminate it. I hope so. So far so good! No drugs, or miracle pills. No herbs or spices. No half an hour video. Just a simple exercise.

@tbucksr Thank you so very much for this information. I like the idea of no drugs, no miracle pill, and no herbs. I'll give it a try for the next couple of evenings. Thanks again.

@tbucksr tightening which leg muscles and how??? I'd love to try as my nighttime neuropathy is really tough.
