@lindenflower I start my runs with a 5 minute warmup-walking very fast, then 8 miles run (avg 5 mph), then cool down with another 1/2 mile steady walking to get HR back down. Total about 9 miles.

After dinner my husband and I walk, so additional AC occurs for me. I have always found the best AC technique is exercise. Thank goodness I love all types, and I love the feeling of cleared lungs!

@terrimn Good job!i found that exercise for me also a good stimulator of airways clearance.
Do you do saline before exercises?
