Hello! I was diagnosed with Morphea at 15 through a biopsy, after oddly shaped, light black (like bruises), depressed areas began forming on my chest, left arm, and left shoulder. The areas were sore to touch, but weren't otherwise sensitive. After about 7 years, doctors believed it became dormant, and no new areas have formed since. Now, at 53, I'm rather suddenly experiencing full body pain/soreness/stiffness, and recent bloodwork has shown several auto immune factors. Im establishing with a rheumatologist in January, and am hoping for some more info then. In the meantime, I'm following the Autoimmune Protocol diet, hot showers, heating pads, only walking for exercise - no fun, but hopeful for relief. Best of luck to everyone here!!

Hello, I've just been diagnosed and I have so many questions. My first question is what is the Autoimmune Protocol?
I've just started with topical creams and may get the phototherapy but that is still to be determined.
Would appreciate hearing about someone's experience with phototherapy.
Thank you!
