I also have IVig treatment not for neuropathy, it has been so variant and intense at times I do think the IVig helps me. Red-light therapy and Shockwave helps the most.

@jfn Hi, would you share more about your experience with redlight therapy and shockwave therapy? I have neuropathy with numbness in my hands and feet, but no pain as such. I am looking into alternative treatment options but not sure how much to trust the materials on internet
