Has anyone experienced incontinence after HOLEP surgery?

I had a TURP about 7 years ago and I am still Incontinent from what my urologist said It will never change. By now I have found diapers that work that do not leak.

@curley3 Has the urologist talked to you about an (AUS) artificial urinary sphincter? I had a holep 8 months ago, still leak. The urologist has suggested looking into an artificial urinary sphincter surgeon. I don't know what to do. I have gotten better with the leaking since the procedure but no where near where I need to be. I think after one year things are unlikely to get any better. I have tried guards, diapers and a clamp that I dont like. I am looking into a top hospital for this AUS thing. Anybody have any suggestions out there?
