@backhand Thank you. I saw my cardiologist this morning and told him I can't continue with Evolocumab/Repatha. Regardless how great my numbers are, 104 TC, 37 LDL 56, HDL 56, Triglycerides, 1.9 Ratio. I'm off of everything until I decide another direction, TBH I am not sure where that direction will be other than what I am doing now. I want to remain active and enthused with life not inhibited/lackluster. Quantity is nice, but quality is more important...

@backhand with my Cardiologist all that mattered was lowering chlorestrol numbers. He actually got giddy when mine lowered. He acted like my side effects were faked and was displeased when I had to quit taking statins and Repatha. It’s like his only goal was numbers. When asked what else I could do, diet, exercise and he said “I have nothing for you.” I want to live a long healthy active life and I’m willing to discipline myself. Taking those drugs caused me to lie in bed in misery. A shorter happy active life is better than that!! I didn’t go back to that cardiologist. I don’t even have a cardiologist at this point.
