@tisme fats are what keep you full. However eggs don’t have a lot of fat. They have a lot of protein and protein will keep you full, but you have to eat a lot of it. There is a high protein silk brand soy milk that does a good job. You can switch to liquid eggs if you’re worried about fats. You can do fish. I come from Eastern European stock on my mom side and they do fish in the morning very soft, high protein, low fat parrot with fat free cream cheese. You can do fat-free cottage cheese.
I don’t think anyone needs to worry about the fat from an egg but if they do, they can get liquid egg whites at the store and that is all protein. I sometimes mix liquid egg whites with an egg.
