@koneil Yeah, it's tough to find it all in one place. We have high property taxes and winter has gotten easier than when I was child. All in all I'm near Cowtown where the rodeo has been for many decades and it feels a little like Alabama. I love how quiet it is here and I'm not too far away from my doctors and hospitals in Delaware and Philly. My oldest daughter has a small farm nearby and my son has a very profitable commercial electrical business that covers several states. He's been spending a lot of time in Florida sponsoring a business there. He's a shark. I'm hoping he'll buy something we can stay in winter. We used to go there but my 96 year old mother requires our full time attention these days. Good luck
