Like Sue, my ID doc, pulmonologist, and cardiologist here at UMN and Mayo Rochester are conservative, and all agree that if I'm able to clear with PD and AC techniques they really don't want me to use a vest. I am also diligent in my 8 miles daily runs and doing great without the vest, so far. Terri
