Sacroiliac (SI) belt

My Dr recommended a SI belt. I have bought one and do not like it. If you have one, which one did you buy and why do you like it?

Prior to my spine fusion, I purchased 2 different types. I bought one from Serola and one from Bauerfeind. Bauerfeind's was a lot more supportive, but it tended to ride up on me. For this reason, I primarily used the Serola belt and that is the one I would recommend. You can find it on Amazon.

Why did your doctor recommend this for you? What have you been diagnosed with and treated for? Have you had surgery or pain/cortisone injections? Why don’t you like the belt and how do you need to wear it?

Do they know what is causing the inflammation? Have you seen a rheumatologist for autoimmune testing?

Do you not want injections to help with inflammation? Are you taking medication for the inflammation?
