Thank you for the input, appreciated! Unfortunately what works for one foes not work for another but im going to look into it.
Sorry for the gentleman whom it didnt help. My ' knot' feels exceedingly tight and very painful....i'll report my experience wh e n i get going. Thank you all....so APPRECIATE this blog.
