Hi and I'm glad you found a big difference using your vibration plate.

I've had similar experiences when using a hydro massage bed that uses jets that give you an all over massage as you lie on it. Even found substantial relief from using a jacuzzi from the pressure of the water jets around my body. Even seemed to improve my brain function as well as muscle stiffness and rigidity.

Tried telling my doctors about it but they just dismiss it totally.

What type of vibration plate do you have?
