I am always looking for triggers. The last thing that triggered it were a few marachino cherries with a couple spoons of the juice on vanilla ice cream!! Over all I have eaten most things- smaller amounts- but I always avoid spicy, and greasy stuff. If I get a craving - again small amounts.

@lpockat thanks for sharing, I'm cautiously looking for things to add to my small list of things that don't seem to be a problem. I wish they could take a blood sample and run it through all different foods I eat. One day perhaps...my latest addition of things that seem to be okay is olive tapenade, which I love.
