I’ve had three TKRs, one being a redo after an infection. Perhaps I’ve tuned it out with eight years since the last one, but I don’t feel stiffness or other limitations and stay active hiking and skiing. I am conscious of avoiding pounding steps and don’t run particularly on hard surfaces.
