@lvnl I believe the main concern is for those who have GERD. Regurgitation into the esophagus can be inhaled. Please, someone, correct me if you have other information.

@sueinmn …I was also told by my specialist rather than the tap water itself being the risk,,(provided it’s treated of course), it’s in the plumbing where the bacteria resides. So same concern as our shower heads? Jeanne
